Georgia Jagger has been named the new face of Versace. The gorgeous model and daughter of Mick Jagger and Jerry Hall will front the Spring/Summer 2010 campaign.
Shot in November by Mario Testino, this line with their signiture bold prints and towering heels is set to be huge hit.
Georgia was described as "...smart, a strong personality, beautiful, full of energy… and with that natural high star quality, I adore her! She’s perfect for this collection - a real Versace girl," by Donatella Versace.

Bijules Nail Ring

I am loving this Bijules nail ring, this particular one is 18K yellow gold with cubic zirconia and costs a very pricey $4,500 and was worn by Beyonce in her "Sweet Dreams" video.

There is also a cheaper version, althought without the bling, that comes in at $150. I would highly advise anyone who loves jewellery to check out the website www.bijulesnyc.com there is so many different pieces that are bound to attract some attention!

Daisy Lowe has released a new range for Swarovski. CRYSTALLIZED™ is said to be inspired by elements of earth, fire, water, wind and spirit. Daisy explained "I have always been inspired by the earth and solar system - especially moons and stars, which is why I used them as inspiration when designing my collection."
Looks like this girls talents are never ending....

V Magazine Plus Size Shoots

The American V Magazine have published a size issue this month, it features styles for women of all sizes.
The issue includes 'Curves Ahead' a shoot with plus size models photographed by photographer Sølve Sundsbø.

Also included is a 'One Size Fits All' shoot, photographed by Terry Richardson, where there is style in any size, featuring a plus-size model and a smaller one, they are fantastic as the models look very similar and pose virtually the same!

Also featured is a photoshoot with burlesque dancer Miss Dirty Martini posing in nothing but Chanel, photographed by Karl Lagerfeld. I will let the pictures explain the rest....

It is great to finally see an article featuring women that are not just of more realistic size but are absolutely stunning. The models are not in the usual frumpy, unflattering clothes that can be seen so often in other shoots, but are in high fashion attire and photographed by equally renowned photographers.

Tony Blair for Louis Vuitton??

I think my eyes may be decieving me! Tony Blair designing for Louis Vuitton? No, it cannot be true....

Well apparently it isn't, quite true, in fact our very own former Prime Minister is set to become an advisor for his close, personal friend and owner of the luxury brand, Bernard Arnault.

"There is an agreement in principle but nothing has been signed yet," a source close to Blair told the Daily Telegraph. "Mr Blair won't be joining the board but he will be acting in an advisory role, working very closely with Mr Arnault. In particular, his job is likely to involve attracting new clients."

Here's hoping you doesn't mess up this one, hey Blairey...

Megan Fox for Emporio Armani

Megan Fox in her underwear, what else would you like to wake up to on a Tuesday morning! The 22 year old actress has taken over from Victoria Beckham as the new face for Emporio Armani and Armani Jeans.

Her first campaign was shot in Los Angeles by fashion photographers Mert Alas and Marcus Piggot, the photo's show her in silk stripey and lace underwear sets, she also poses in a white shirt and skinny jeans.

Giorgio Armani spoke of his new muse stating "Megan is young and sexy and has a lot of spirit. Both Emporio Armani Underwear and Armani Jeans are all about a youthful attitude, making her the perfect choice for the collections."

The billboards are due to be release next month worldwide and are sure to be a sure fire hit with both men and women everywhere!

Christiano Ronaldo is fronting the men's campaign and if this picture is anything to go by, we definately have something to look foward to ladies.....

Lady Umbrella T'shirts.....

I've just come across these really cool tees on Twitter, they are by a brand called Lady Umbrella. Established in 2008 by Irish based Elena and Robert, this brand is described as clothing that funny, quirky, unusual yet cool.

Personally, a favourite of mine is the Strut t'shirt, showing Lady Umbrella full of "You Go Girl" attitude. Each t'shirt has its own descriptions and are available in small, medium and large.

Just catching up with my reading and thought I would check out this months Vogue magazine. It has a magazine showing some of next seasons looks, these are some of my favourite looks from it...

These Mary Katrantzou Print Dresses are beautiful examples of Spring/Summer's 2010 print trend. The brighter, more vivid colours are a great relief for those of us that have spent the whole winter in black.

Rise Elite, available at Dorothy Perkins online have great alternatives of this style and being only £34 is great for when the weather improves.

For the ultimate in power dressing why not try a silk corset underneath a blazer and team with a figure hugging pencil skirt and heels will make you look all Miss Independent :)

Jean Paul Gaultier showed how fabulous this look can be, made iconic by Madonna, are also great for giving any girl the beautiful hourglass figure.

This boyfriend blazer from Tesco is just £25, with this New Look fitted pencil skirt, £22, team this up with Topshop's own corset, priced at £20, and you have a great Gaultier look.

I've also just found these amazing new Chanel transfer tattoo's, being a lover of body art, these are perfect and although they do come in at £49 for 55 transfers they are quite expensive, but are absolutely gorgeous, and one can dream! I have wanted to start this blog for sometime now, the rapid increase of fashion bloggers have inspired me but feel the labels and prices are unrealistic for most people. I love fashion so much and inspire to one day work in the industry...

So down to business baby...

I want this blog to encapsulate all that I live for, family, friends, fashion, music, relationships and anything else that seems to inspire me that day :)

Today was a lazy day spent inside with my Mum (my best friend in the whole world) and my Grandad, we all had sunday dinner and discussed something that must have been about nothing because I can't really remember.

Although I did spend this morning discussing men with my best friend, coming to the conclusion we should just stay as far away as physically possible. I'm currently single but kind of not, having an on off relationship with an ex boyfriend I have known for nearly 2 years now, he is everything my Mother hates, he's unreliable, he cheats, he lies, someone any woman would not want to be with. Unfortunately, for me, it has got to the point where it is easier to stay with him than go on one more bad date, because I genuinely believe it would send me over the edge. So I am trying to stay single, focusing on myself and the goals that I want to achieve in life. Men do not come into this picture at all, in fact nobody enters into this equation other than my nearest and dearest, the people that keep me positive and happy. Negativity has no place in my world anymore.

Back to fashion, the one true love in my life that never lets me down, as I am a student I have a minimal weekly budget, that usually means either buying food or clothes. Me being the person I am, usually means, I would rather starve and look good, than waste money on food...bad I know, but we all have to make sacrifices to look good!

This weekend I have been shopping far too much than I should have, buying a leather jacket, new scarf, sunglasses, underwear, shoes and leggings. The total price of those items was £78 as they were all in the sale.

This Leather Jacket was from Tesco and cost £45, I love rock chic, and this is great for that. I dress this jacket down with a black top, grey jeggings, knee high boots and chunky grey scarf. It will also be great when spring/summer comes and the weather is slightly warmer.
Rihanna wears this look beautifully and leather is always a good fashion investment thats versatile and is bound to come back into fashion season after season....
